With a career in the UK property market spanning over 40 years, Adam has considerable experience in just about every aspect of the industry. Formerly Managing Director of Norwich Union Estate Agents, today he uses his expertise to act as a broker, management consultant and industry trainer.

He has assisted with the successful completion of hundreds of sales, serving on the part of buyers and sellers. In an industry that is consolidating, he has also provided vital advice and insights to several hundred agencies of all sizes to increase their turnover and profitability. For those ready to leave the industry, he has planned clear-cut exit strategies. What’s more, several thousand estate and letting agency staff have also benefited from his industry-leading training.

While work keeps Adam very busy, when he has the time, he enjoys sailing, trying to restore his vintage car and walking his 2 Scottish deerhounds, Odin and Saga.
